Legal notice

The Spanish-language notices on the company's own site (Aviso Legal, Política de Privacidad, Política de Cookies, Términos y Condiciones) are the binding versions under Spanish law. This page states who is behind this site and how to reach them.

SNM is the controller for whatever this site holds about you, which is deliberately very little: what is kept, and why, is set out in full under How this works and privacy. There are no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels, and IP addresses are never stored.

Write to contact@s-n-m.eu to ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or to object. One person reads that address and answers within one month, which is the deadline the GDPR sets. Say what you are asking for and we will tell you what we actually hold, which in most cases is nothing that identifies you.

If you are not satisfied with the answer you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es. You do not have to write to us first, though it is usually quicker.

Funding Radar republishes other people's funding calls and computes matches from their public text. It is not an authority on eligibility, it is not affiliated with any funder, and nothing on it is a promise that an application will be funded or even accepted. Always confirm against the funder's own call before spending time on a proposal: the register says so on every result for the same reason it is repeated here.
